MARK A. REDMOND, ESQ.

Mark A. Redmond, Esq. has been practicing law since 1992. He is licensed in California and Washington state. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Pepperdine University in 1989 and his Law Degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1992.  He is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College and has led more than fifteen jury trials and forty bench trials. Over the past twenty years his practice has emphasized representing investment fraud victims. He has successfully recovered more than $75 million dollars for fraud victims. He has special passion for helping older Americans and served many years as a Long Term Care Ombudsman including on the board of directors for the largest Long Term Care Ombudsman organization in California.  He previously hosted the radio show Senior Issues and the Law on KFBK 1530. He is an ardent traveler having visited more than twenty-five countries and is a lifelong learner with special interest in world religions, non-violent communications and macro-economics.

SONYA GRANT-ZINDEL

Sonya Grant-Zindel is a 1985 graduate of Pomona College with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science.  She  received her Law Degree from the University of California, Davis in 1990 having graduated in the top 10% of her class. She is an excellent research attorney having previously served in a prestigious federal clerkship  and working for a Bay Area civil rights firm before collaborating with the Law Offices of Mark A.Redmond, PC in 2007.

GEORGINE R. HODGKINSON

Ms. Hodgkinson obtained both her Bachelor’s Degree (1990) and Master’s Degree (1994) in Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento. She has overseen public relations and press releases concerning the firm’s class action, investment fraud and elder physical abuse cases. Ms. Hodgkinson assists in conducting focus groups, the development of trial themes and profiling of potential jurors.
